Websites
www.eido-pr.eu and its associated blog site www.talkback.eido-pr.eu (our "Websites") are owned and managed by EIDO Public Relations Limited ("Us", "We"), a UK registered company with offices at Communications House, 26 York Street, London W1U 6PZ. We may receive information about you through our Websites, either by logging your visit, or by asking you for more detailed personal information. You may, for example, be asked for specific personal information such as name and email address if you want to take advantage of some services that we offer, such as our online resources or call back service. In any case where you provide personal information, we will only use it to deliver the services you have requested and we will not pass this information to any third party without your express consent.

We may acquire information about visitors to our Websites by logging their IP address and session information such as the duration of the visit and the type of browser used. This policy does not cover links within this site to other websites. This privacy policy only covers the EIDO Public Relations website at www.eido-pr.eu and its associated blogs and sub-domains.

Communications from us
As a public relations company, it is essential that we communicate with the media and others we judge to have a professional interest in our client's activities. Solely for that purpose, we maintain a database of publications, journalists and industry commentators that we use to carefully target communications on behalf of our clients. This database is updated regularly from reliable, publicly available sources or from our own research. We do not use rented or bought-in lists for this purpose, and we never share this data with any third-parties. We are committed to ensuring that the stories we send out are appropriately targetted and do not cause annoyance or inconvenience to the recipents. Email Newsletters & Marketing
We provide an email marketing and newsletter publishing service on behalf of our clients, and occasionally we may market ourselves via email to existing customers or those who have expressed an interest in any of the services that we provide. However we respect the rights of individuals, and have developed a specific policy to protect the privacy of recipents. This Email Policy defines the details of how your user information is permitted to be used, and how it is protected from being abused.

Why did you receive an email from our system?
You were emailed because you are subscribed to a newsletter / mailing list to which you opted in OR you are an existing customer OR you have previously expressed an interest in receiving information related to similar goods or services. Where we carry out mailing on behalf of a client. we take all reasonable steps to ensure that the address list supplied to us complies with all applicable UK regulations. In any event, if you wish to be permanently excluded from all future mailings, please unsubscribe from the list using the link in the footer of the received email. All unsubscription requests we receive will be added to a permanent suppression list which is irrevocable unless you decide to re-subscribe at some future date. Strict anti-spam
Sending of unsolicited commercial email (spam) is not permitted over our system. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the mailing lists we use are current, accurate and comply with all relevant UK regulations. If you feel you have been the victim of spam that originated from our system, please report instances of abuse to us.

How to report abuse
Just click on the Report abuse link in the footer of the received email to report the user and simultaneously be permanently removed from all future mailings. The abuse sender will be contacted to provide proof of opt-in. If they fail to deliver this proof they will be prevented from further sending.

How to stop receiving further email
Just click on the Unsubscribe link in the footer of the received email to be permanently removed from all future mailings.

Sharing of personal data / email addresses
We will never sell, rent, or disclose your personal data and email address to third parties, unless this is requested under a court order or unless this has been agreed to by you, in advance, in a separate agreement.

Scope of data held
We keep only the personal data that is essential for our operations, and only for as long as it is required. Data that is no longer required is deleted from our system.

Security of your data
Our datacentre has rigorous controls to backup data and prevent unauthorised access.
