Price plans for every situation

Fixed fee retainer
This is the most cost-effective plan for sustained campaigns and fixed-term projects. We will agree with you in advance the activities we will undertake on your behalf. The cost of the programme is then split across 3, 6 or 12 months and billed monthly.

With a fixed-fee retainer, our services are available at no additional cost within the scope of the agreed activities. Any additional work, such as photography, site visits and printing are added to the monthly bill, subject to your prior approval.

The fixed-fee retainer is by far our most popular option as it allows us to work pro-actively and to respond quickly to press opportunities as they arise without affecting the agreed PR budget.

Top-up plan
This option is the best solution for start-ups or low-volume users. We will agree with you a baseline level of activities and a minimum monthly budget. If you decide you want to increase your activity we will add that extra cost to your programme and recalculate your monthly budget accordingly. With the top-up plan, our hourly rate is deducted from your budget. The advantage of this plan is that it allows you the flexibility to adapt your PR activities as your circumstances change. With the Top-up plan, you have confidence of knowing you have PR backup if you need it, without the commitment to a fixed-fee monthly retainer.

Pay-as-you-go
This is the easiest and most flexible solution for individual projects such as editing, copywritiing and translations. We do not recommended our Pay-as-you-go plan for long-term campaigns as it won't deliver the sustained activity necessary for the best results.
